Frequently asked questions

Who is the training for?
Training is designed for key (core) users — the people in your organization who will use Odoo daily and drive adoption across teams. This typically includes department heads, team leads, and power users.
How are sessions delivered?
Sessions are delivered as live online workshops by default. On-site (offline) training is also available upon request — travel and accommodation costs are covered by the customer. Each module covers up to 6 hours for up to 5 team members. Sessions are interactive and hands-on — your team works in a real Odoo environment during training.
Do we need Odoo already set up before training?
No. Training can happen before implementation. We provide a training environment so your team can practice safely. In fact, training before implementation is our recommended approach — it leads to better decisions during setup.
Can we train more than 5 people?
Yes. Each module session accommodates up to 5 participants for optimal interaction. For larger teams, we run additional parallel sessions or schedule back-to-back workshops. Contact us to discuss the best setup for your team.
How is pricing structured?
Each training module has a fixed price shown in the calculator above. Select the modules you need, adjust quantities if your team requires multiple sessions of the same module, and see the total immediately. Pricing is transparent and agreed upfront — no surprises.
What happens after training?
After training, your team is ready to actively participate in Odoo implementation or start using the system independently. The majority of day-to-day Odoo work can be managed internally. We also offer ongoing support packages through our Odoo Resolution Center.
